Architect for K - 12 Projects at GigBench

GigBench is sourcing an Architect with public K-12 school project experience to lead division work and projects in the California market. This is an immediate part-time engagement (5-10 hrs/week).

Contract-to-Hire | Start: Immediate

Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design for public K-12 school projects across California
• Oversee project delivery and ensure alignment with district and DSA requirements
• Manage day-to-day project execution and team coordination
• Support business development and division growth in the K-12 market
• Coordinate with consultants, stakeholders, and clients throughout project lifecycle

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years of architectural experience, with demonstrated work on public K-12 projects
• Familiarity with California DSA review and approval processes
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities
• Willingness to commit 5-10 hrs/week with potential to transition to a full-time role
