As a Junior Project Manager, you’ll support challenging Water projects by assisting with planning, coordination, and monitoring of project development activities, particularly those involving federal, state, or local funding. Working closely with senior staff and Program Managers, you will help our client in Davie, Florida ensure that project tasks, documentation, and reporting requirements are carried out effectively and in alignment with funding and regulatory guidelines.
Based on program needs and client requests, your responsibilities will include
- Assisting senior staff, Program Managers, and project teams with coordinating and participating in project site visits, gathering project data, and helping prepare for client meetings and technical workshops tied to funding applications and regulatory milestones
- Supporting the preparation and review of project documentation — including cost estimates, presentations, meeting minutes, and technical memoranda — ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable funding requirements
- Helping prepare progress meeting materials, workshop documentation, and project presentations for the client and key stakeholders, supporting funding submissions, audits, and program reviews
- Assisting in compiling project funding packages, administrative addenda, and financial, engineering, or regulatory documentation required for federal, state, or local funding programs
- Helping identify and organize supporting materials for funding applications, resiliency initiatives, and solicitation processes for various grant or loan programs
- Assisting in drafting and organizing responses to inquiries from federal or state regulatory agencies related to funding applications, resiliency initiatives, and solicitation processes, ensuring documentation aligns with guidelines and requirements.
Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, mechanical, electrical engineering, or other related engineering field
- At least 2 years of technical experience with small to large infrastructure projects
- Mid-level experience in Engineering Management

- Master’s degree in civil, environmental, mechanical, electrical engineering, or other related engineering field
- 10+ years of technical and professional experience with small to large projects.

The base salary range for this position is $92,000.00 to $100,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
