You support our team as
Process Engineer
Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, throughput, and cost performance
- Continuous Improvement Leadership: Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives (DMAIC, 5S, Kaizen) to eliminate waste and improve operations
- Data Analysis & Problem Solving: Analyze production data and KPIs to identify trends, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Standardization & Compliance: Develop and maintain SOPs/WIs while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and lean manufacturing standards
- Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to troubleshoot issues, reduce downtime, and support continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related field)
- 1-3 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience in a hands-on production environment
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Lean and/or Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
