The Role
Your passion to drive exceptional client experiences and revenue growth, accompanied by a love of wine can come together in this exciting opportunity. This role will be to lead a team of private client advisors to support high net worth clients on their personal journey within the world of wine and spirits, while driving the acquisition of new clients.
In a dynamic, service-led culture, you will lead a team to leverage expertise, relationships, and market insight to maximize sales potential and accelerate GP growth. Key Accountabilities
As a key leadership figure, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling our Private Client business. This is an opportunity to lead a team of ambitious Private Client Advisors, mentoring them to exceed targets, unlock their full potential, and deliver best-in-class client experiences.
You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues to refine and execute our private client strategy — ensuring we grow with precision, consistency, and agility. Your leadership will fuel both customer satisfaction and commercial success.

Qualifications
WSET diploma or equivalent wine qualification preferred.
