This role sits on the Growth team and reports to the VP of Affiliate & Influencer. You will be primarily responsible for scaling Perelel's TikTok Shop affiliate program into a meaningful growth channel, including overseeing high-volume gifting, affiliate activation, and creator community development. You'll also support broader influencer initiatives—from sourcing and booking creators to analyzing performance and driving efficient revenue. We are only considering candidates who are based in LA or New York.

Responsibilities

  • Lead TikTok Shop Affiliate Growth
  • Take ownership of Perelel's TikTok Shop affiliate program, transitioning it from agency-supported to fully in-house
  • Bring structure and strategy to our existing creator ecosystem, with a focus on building a more engaged, high-performing affiliate community
  • Identify, onboard, and activate creators at scale, including managing high-volume gifting and driving consistent content output
  • Build and manage ongoing creator relationships to increase repeat activations, loyalty, and long-term value
  • Support broader TikTok growth initiatives, including booking flat fee creators, identifying and activating live creators, and partnering with performance marketing team on TikTok GMV/paid amplification efforts
  • Optimize performance through creator selection, content guidance, product/bundle and offer strategy
  • Continuously test, iterate, and scale what's working to drive meaningful revenue and efficiency within the channel
  • Drive Performance & Reporting
  • Track and analyze creator performance across key metrics (clicks, conversion, revenue, CPA)
  • Identify top-performing creators and opportunities to scale, rebook, or optimize
  • Translate data into actionable insights to improve overall program performance
  • Partner with leadership on reporting and channel insights
  • Optimize for Growth
  • Balance brand and performance goals while prioritizing measurable outcomes
  • Develop a strong understanding of what drives traffic vs. conversion across platforms
  • Work cross-functionally with paid, brand, and affiliate teams to maximize impact of creator content

Requirements

Who You Are

  • 3–4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally on a growth or performance-focused team
  • Proven track record of booking and managing creator partnerships at scale
  • Deep familiarity with TikTok Shop, including affiliate program management and creator activation
  • Highly analytical—comfortable evaluating performance and making data-driven decisions
  • Strong negotiation instincts and understanding of creator rate vs. return
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously
  • Proactive and self-directed—you're comfortable owning a channel and driving it forward
  • Familiarity with DTC/ecommerce metrics and attribution (UTMs, codes, etc.) and experience working in high-growth consumer brands are a plus
