Non-CDL Delivery Driver at Rheem Manufacturing

We are currently looking for a Non-CDL Driver to join our St. Louis, MO team. As a Non-CDL Delivery Driver, you will drive a non-CDL straight truck, transporting dry loads to customer locations throughout the local branch area. You will also be responsible for material handling duties when not performing driving duties based on a delivery schedule.

• RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive straight truck and follow all safety procedures per company policy.
• Deliver and unload products to customer locations in a timely manner.
• Keep complete and accurate records and logs of all driving and deliveries.
• Be proficient and perform the proper procedures for performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Pull product, load and unload trucks when not performing driving duties.
• Back up other delivery routes when needed.
• All other duties and special projects as assigned.

• QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in delivery driving, customer service, or another related field.
• Ability to follow direction and safe operating procedures.
• A valid driver's license and good driving record per company policy.
• Federal Medical card preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service.
• High attention to detail and strong math skills to ensure accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively throughout the shift without assistance (weight varies based on product).
• Ability to be trained to use forklifts and other warehouse equipment and work on his/her feet including walking for extended periods of time.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
