Serves as an Agile advisor, supporting delivery effectiveness for delivery teams or defined components of an initiative. Applies judgment
within established Agile standards and the Truist SDLC to advise teams on delivery practices, review performance metrics, and escalate
risks as appropriate. Operates within defined frameworks while guiding consistent adoption of Agile practices.
* This is a 5-day per week in-office role, Daily onsite is required*
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Serves as a team level Agile advisor and Scrum Master for a single Scrum team or defined initiative components.
2. Guides teams in the application of Scrum roles, events, and artifacts in alignment with established Agile standards.
3. Facilitates ceremonies and supports effective team collaboration and execution.
4. Applies judgment within defined Agile and Scrum frameworks to guide team practices and day to day delivery activities.
5. Interprets and advises on appropriate use of the Truist SDLC within the context of Scrum team delivery.
6. Works across organization to identify impediments, risks, or delivery concerns and escalates issues as appropriate.
7. Partners with teams to reinforce Agile principles and promote continuous improvement.
8. Troubleshoot, solve, or consult on, problems and recommend appropriate action.
9. Performs advisory duties within established standards, recommending improvements to support team effectiveness and delivery
outcomes.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Agile delivery or related roles.
3. Basic knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
4. Experience participating in Agile team activities.
STRONGLY PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong expertise in BSA/AML, OFAC, and financial crimes compliance, including regulatory reporting, record retention, and control requirements, and/or demonstrated experience in technology risk management and governance frameworks within financial services
- Proven ability to design and execute governance routines, including reporting, compliance oversight, and control monitoring across business and technology functions
- Experience supporting regulatory exams, audits, and remediation activities within a financial crimes or technology risk environment
- Experience providing advisory support on system implementations, process improvements, and regulatory-driven change initiatives, ensuring alignment with compliance and technology risk expectations
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, including driving outcomes without direct authority and managing teams where applicable
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and manage complex risk scenarios
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Experience coaching and developing team members, fostering a strong risk and compliance culture
- Master’s degree in relevant technical or business discipline.
- CAMS or other relevant financial crimes certification
Preferred Qualifications
1. Agile certifications such as Agile Fundamentals or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
2. Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira).
3. Interest in Agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
4. Technical background or experience in software development or related fields.
