The Assistant Field, Education & Events Manager supports the execution of field, education, and events initiatives across the Americas region. Reporting to the Director of Field, Education & Events, this role is focused on coordination, execution, tracking, and communication in support of broader team objectives.
This position works closely with cross-functional partners and field teams to help ensure education programs, trainings, and events are delivered smoothly and consistently. The Assistant Manager does not own strategy or lead initiatives, but plays an important role in supporting implementation, collecting data, and maintaining alignment between the field and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Field Support & Data Coordination
• Assist in the execution of field initiatives by supporting planning, coordination, and follow-through
• Collect, organize, and maintain field data related to education, trainings, events, and retailer feedback
• Update and manage internal trackers, reports, and shared documentation
• Support the preparation of summaries and recaps following trainings, events, and field activity
• Help ensure accurate and timely information is shared with internal teams
Education & Training Support
• Support the coordination of education programs and training sessions for retail partners and internal stakeholders
• Assist with the preparation, organization, and distribution of training materials and resources
• Provide logistical support for in-person and virtual trainings, including scheduling and setup
• Co-facilitate or assist with trainings when needed, under the direction of leadership
• Track training participation and completion in partnership with the field and education teams
Events Support
• Assist with the planning and execution of field events, brand activations, and education-focused moments
• Support event logistics including timelines, materials, staffing coordination, and on-site needs
• Provide on-site support during events to help ensure smooth execution
• Collect basic event metrics, attendance, and feedback for internal reporting
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day coordination between the field team and internal departments
• Share updates, notes, and follow-ups with relevant stakeholders as needed
• Assist with internal presentations, updates, and documentation related to field, education, and events activity
• Support alignment by ensuring information flows clearly between teams
Travel & Field Presence
• Travel occasionally to support key trainings, events, or field initiatives
• Represent the brand professionally while supporting field execution
• Follow established brand guidelines and processes while working in-market
Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in field operations, education coordination, events support, retail, or a related role preferred
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Comfortable working with data, trackers, and reporting tools
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally as business needs require
• Interest in education, field execution, and experiential brand work
• Fluent in English; Spanish or French
