Sales Representative / Estimator (Hybrid Role)

ALL-NU Restoration is hiring a Sales Representative / Estimator for a dual-role position combining estimating work with business development. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both client interaction and technical estimating work.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to assess restoration needs and generate estimates
• Create accurate project estimates using Xactimate and QuickBooks
• Present proposals and follow up to secure project approvals
• Build relationships with property owners, insurance adjusters, and referral partners
• Generate new business opportunities and support company growth
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoff

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, restoration, construction, or estimating preferred
• Familiarity with Xactimate and/or QuickBooks strongly preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with ability to manage leads and follow-ups
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation Structure

• Base hourly pay: $20–$25/hour (based on experience)
• Commission on approved and closed projects
