Prep Cook at Ya Ya's Euro Bistro

We are looking for a reliable Prep Cook to assist with daily kitchen operations. The Prep Cook is responsible for preparing ingredients, maintaining a clean work area, and supporting cooks and chefs during service.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash, chop, slice, and prepare ingredients
• Measure and portion food items according to recipes
• Assist cooks with basic food preparation
• Stock and organize kitchen stations
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Clean and sanitize work areas, tools, and equipment
• Store food properly and label items as needed
• Help receive and put away deliveries

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of food safety practices
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight
• Team-oriented and dependable

Schedule

Full-time or part-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
