To oversee the facility’s operations, including managing the Client Service Representative and ensuring client needs are met.

Making $24 per hour.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ability to perform all CSR duties.
  • Supervise CSR’s.
  • Communicate daily with the Supervisor/Facility Manager.
  • Manage client projects.
  • Upload and supervise digital files.
  • Review Menu Sheets/order food.
  • Provide compensation for participants and ensure that all financial paperwork is accurate.
  • Manage shipping, package inventory and product counts as needed.
  • Compile and send reports.
  • Communicates with other markets when necessary and sends updates throughout the shift to project managers and off-site client(s).
  • May assist with office supply ordering and inventory.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:

  • 1-3 years hospitality and management experience

Computer Skills:

  • Strong technical computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook)
