Schedule / Expected Work Hours
- In general, GMs can expect to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You may also be required to be on call or work overtime during busy periods or to address unexpected issues.
- The General Manager is expected to work full 40-hour weeks.
- The facility is open the following hours:
- Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 8:00 pm
- Saturday - Sunday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Job Summary
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team and individual performance, and generate regular reports on sales metrics, customer satisfaction, and other relevant data.
- Motivate and support sales team members to achieve their targets, help them overcome objections and close deals effectively, and manage the sales pipeline to track leads and opportunities.
- Schedule workshops, seminars, and other events for all departments coordinate schedules with ClubReady, and process time off and sick forms.
Responsibilities
- Lead and Inspire: Assist in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional service and efficiency.
- Team Development: Support the training and development of staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Customer Focus: Uphold our commitment to outstanding customer service, addressing client needs with care and professionalism.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee inventory, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in a supervisory role, preferably in a class-based member services industry.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Problem-solving: Strong decision-making skills and ability to handle challenges effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and varying work schedules.
- Prior experience of firearms and self-defense (not mandatory but preferred)
