Lead Shelter Worker - Housing Services at Community Action Partnership of Kern

SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Housing Services Program Operations Manager, trains new Shelter Workers on the day-to-day responsibilities, during their shift, identifies and provides social services to homeless individuals at the M Street Shelter and Safe Parking/Encampment. Works collaboratively with operations staff, providers, and volunteers. Identifies training needs when necessary.
