Contract IT Service Desk Support Technician
Location: Mobile, AL (100% Onsite)
Duration: 3-Month Contract with Potential for Full-Time Conversion

This is an excellent opportunity for an IT support professional who enjoys hands-on technical work, desktop deployments, and delivering exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do
- Configure, image, and deploy 60–80 desktop and laptop systems
- Perform workstation setup, software installation, and basic system configuration
- Transfer user data from legacy devices to new systems
- Install and support Microsoft Office, Citrix, printers, and related peripherals
- Troubleshoot Tier 1 issues involving hardware, monitors, keyboards, mice, phones, and connectivity
- Maintain clean, organized workstation installations with proper cable management
- Document and manage support requests using ServiceNow
- Provide basic end-user guidance during equipment rollouts and installations
What We're Looking For
- Experience with desktop, laptop, or workstation deployments in a professional environment
- Familiarity with Active Directory user administration and account support
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Citrix, and printer installations
- Strong troubleshooting skills for common hardware and peripheral issues
- Ability to manage repetitive technical tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
