The Neuman Team is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Listing Coordinator to help manage the day-to-day execution of our listings from signed agreement to successful sale.

This is a fast-paced role that serves as the operational backbone of our listing department. The ideal candidate thrives on organization, communicates professionally, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all listing preparation to ensure properties are market-ready
  • Schedule photography, videography, staging, inspections, and vendor services
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers throughout the listing process
  • Manage sign installation, lockboxes, disclosures, and pre-market activities
  • Track deadlines and oversee multiple listings simultaneously
  • Ensure every listing launches on time and according to team standards

Qualifications

  • Previous real estate experience required
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
  • Weekend availability required
