Position Overview: Supports the day-to-day execution and documentation of supply chain operations. Responsible for accurate system transactions, record maintenance, and reporting across inventory, logistics, and supplier activities. Acts as a key coordination point between procurement, operations, and logistics teams to ensure data integrity, timely execution, and alignment with production and delivery schedules.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Maintain logs, records, and supporting documentation for supply chain transactions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for daily internal and external supply chain inquiries, escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Enter, update, and maintain data across multiple systems and databases, including ERP and inventory management tools.
  • Coordinate inventory movements, receipts, and adjustments to ensure system records accurately reflect physical inventory.
  • Generate routine and ad-hoc reports to support procurement, operations, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Monitor data quality across systems and identify discrepancies, gaps, or process breakdowns.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by documenting workflows, standard operating procedures, and system processes.
  • Work closely with procurement, production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Support system testing, enhancements, or data validation activities as new tools or processes are implemented.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Working knowledge of supply chain operations, inventory management, logistics processes, and supporting systems.
  • Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on data accuracy and system integrity.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and supply chain or inventory management software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.
