Role Overview

The ADOC oversees 7v7 teams and coaches one team while developing coaches and driving program growth. This role supports the Director of Coaching and helps lead player and coach development across the location.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all 7v7 teams
• Coach one team
• Recruit, develop, and lead coaches
• Run high-quality training environments
• Add 2+ new teams annually
• Support communication, meetings, and reporting
• Engage in CityReach and club initiatives

Success Metrics

• 2+ teams added annually
• 70% win rate (with development focus)
• Parent satisfaction 8.0+
• Coaches developed each season
