The Role

• Lead influencer marketing strategy, relations, and management for North America Beauty brands
• Serve as team leader for the Influencer marketing multi-functional team
• Develop marketing strategy to meet business objectives
• Manage marketing relationships, brief development, and ongoing communications
• Lead content management of design process, timing, and reporting

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's Degree
• Expertise in social media, digital marketing, and digital influencers
• Experience leading teams and direct reports
• Strong written communication skills
• Growth mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Previous work in social media and influencer relations (ideally 5 years)
