Job Summary

Transformative executive role to architect how Cognite builds human capability at scale, integrating AI augmentation with talent strategy, leadership development, learning, succession, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Strategy: Define global talent strategy using AI-driven talent intelligence to map markets, predict attrition, and identify capability gaps.
  • AI-Augmented Leadership & Organizational Development: Design leadership programs for AI-augmented workforce, implement AI coaching tools, succession planning with predictive analytics, and drive organizational design for AI-embedded workflows.
  • AI-Enabled Learning & Capability Building: Architect next-gen learning ecosystem with personalized AI paths, AI tutors, simulation environments, and reskilling/upskilling programs for AI-driven role evolution.
  • Culture & Human-AI Inclusion: Foster culture of human potential, psychological safety, and responsible AI adoption.
  • Talent Intelligence & Workforce Analytics: Build world-class analytics to predict workforce needs, develop dashboards for real-time visibility into leadership readiness and engagement risk.

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years progressive experience in talent management, organizational development, or HR leadership, with technology-driven transformation exposure.
  • 4–5 years in VP-level or equivalent senior leadership in high-growth global technology company.
  • Strong command of people analytics tools and platforms.
  • Experience in rapid organizational scaling and workforce redesign in automation/AI context.
  • Location: Hybrid, based in Phoenix, Arizona.

Preferred Experience

  • SaaS, AI, or industrial technology environments; familiarity with engineering and technical talent markets.
  • Background in high-growth transitions or pre-IPO organizational maturation.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS Organizational Psychology, MS Human-Computer Interaction, or similar) or relevant certification (SHRM-SCP, CIPD Level 7, ICF).
