Marketing Assistant — Thompson Truck Group (Chattanooga or Knoxville, TN)

Thompson Truck Group (TTG) is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Marketing Assistant to support our growing multi‑location commercial truck dealership. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands‑on digital content creation, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and wants to contribute to high‑impact marketing initiatives that directly support sales, operations, and brand visibility.

You’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing to execute digital media, support campaigns, and strengthen TTG’s presence across web, social, and customer‑facing channels. As our dealership group continues to expand, this role offers significant long‑term growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Content Creation — Capture, edit, and publish photo and video content across YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profiles.
• Website & SEO Support — Assist with keyword research, landing page updates, and blog content to improve search visibility.
• Digital Media Production — Support creation of videos, print flyers, email graphics, and digital signage.
• Campaign Execution — Assist with search advertising and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Reporting & Administrative Support — Maintain organized project files and assist with performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
• Strong writing and proofreading skills; ability to adapt tone for a B2B audience.
• Basic HTML or video editing skills are a plus.
• Self‑starter with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Location

Position available in Knoxville, TN or Chattanooga, TN.
