Regional Sales Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue through strategic account development.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned Paragon customers
  • Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with customers
  • Connect with existing and prospective customers to set up meetings (both at customer site/offsite and factory/showroom tours)
  • Produce and send quotes, enter sample product requests, coordinate samples of fabric/paint/acrylic and literature as needed
  • Provide oversight and open customer communication from quote to shipment
  • Understand customer needs and objectives to deliver tailored solutions
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams (customer service, marketing, operations, engineering, support) to ensure timely delivery of product
  • Actively engage in sales meetings and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to customers and leadership
  • Resolve customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and maintain standard KPIs that coordinate with the sales forecast
  • Marketing Experience a plus

Qualifications

  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Must be able to work on-site at our Arlington, TX headquarters.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel by air as needed.
