Transportation Director at Saint Francis Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

The Transportation Director is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and strategic oversight of the Adult Day Health transportation department. This includes supervising and developing transportation staff, overseeing vehicle operations and safety, ensuring full regulatory compliance, managing dispatch and routing systems, and coordinating with participants, families, caregivers, and staff to ensure reliable and safe transportation services. The Director will also be responsible for department budgeting, resource allocation, performance improvement, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Pre-Employment Requirements for the Transportation Director include:

• Passenger / Wheelchair Experience Required
• Must be 25 years or older for driver position
• Driver’s license from MA
• Minimum of 3 years of driving experience with leadership preferred.
• Good driving record
• DOT Physical
• Drug and Alcohol Screen
• CORI Check
• SORI Check
