Join our team as a Public Area Attendant, where your passion for cleanliness and attention to detail will shine as you meticulously prepare and maintain our guest rooms. Be the silent architect of memorable stays, ensuring that every corner sparkles with comfort and warmth for our valued guests.

What you'll do

• Prioritize cleaning of high-touch surfaces and high-traffic zones throughout the day.
• Inspect and report any maintenance issues or damages in Residences to ensure prompt resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Residence cleanliness standards and policies in all assigned areas.
• Assist with the complimentary beverage and snack program in the Residents Lounge, including tea, coffee, and refreshments.
• Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, appliances, and service station.
• Provide light service support in the Residents Lounge when residents are present.
• Monitor lighting, scent, music, and overall ambiance to maintain a consistent luxury environment.

Qualifications

Who you are

• Minimum one year Housekeeping experience
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
• Prior experience in a luxury hotel and/or luxury residences
• Bi-Lingual preferred
