DC Pines Roofing is looking for motivated, energetic Lead Coordination Specialists to join our growing team.
This is not a customer service role where you'll sit behind a desk answering random calls all day.
Our coordinations team plays a critical role in generating revenue by connecting with homeowners, qualifying opportunities, scheduling appointments, and supporting our sales team. Every conversation matters, and every appointment you book helps fuel the growth of the company.

What You'll Be Doing
- Answer inbound calls from homeowners interested in our services
- Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and opportunities
- Schedule appointments for our sales team
- Confirm upcoming appointments and reduce cancellations
- Build rapport and create a positive customer experience
- Accurately document conversations in our CRM
- Follow scripts, processes, and call standards while maintaining a natural conversation
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to support company growth

Requirements
- Previous call center, appointment-setting, or inside sales experience within roofing, remodeling, HVAC, solar, windows, siding, or other home services industries. Candidates must be comfortable speaking with homeowners, gathering qualifying information about the property and project, overcoming objections, and converting leads into scheduled appointments.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a home services, home remodeling, roofing, HVAC, solar, windows, siding, or similar appointment-setting call center environment
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns
- Experience with lead reactivation and follow-up campaigns
- Proven ability to overcome objections and convert leads into scheduled appointments
- Experience speaking directly with homeowners and gathering qualifying information regarding the property, project, and decision-making process
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable following scripts while maintaining a natural, conversational tone
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document calls and customer information
- Ability to multitask between phone conversations, CRM systems, scheduling software, and internal communication platforms
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Proficient with computers, CRMs, and web-based software
- Ability to accept coaching, implement feedback, and continuously improve performance
- Professional phone presence and positive attitude
