### Scope of the Role

As Human Resources Director, you will lead the full HR function for a multi-location community health center, ensuring compliant, consistent people practices that support organizational goals and employee effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Direct and administer HR plans, policies, and procedures; maintain and update the employee handbook
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, employee relations, investigations, and performance management
• Lead compensation strategy, salary analysis, and evaluation processes
• Guide benefits administration and leave practices; partner with external vendors as needed
• Ensure thorough compliance with Hawaii and federal employment laws; represent the organization in claims/hearings as applicable
• Supervise HR staff and maintain accurate HR records and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in HR or related field
• PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification
• 5+ years in HR management in a 100+ employee organization
• Deep working knowledge of state and federal employment laws
