The Leasing Manager plays a key role in delivering the FLATS living experience, serving as the first impression for prospective residents and a trusted resource for current residents. The specific property location is listed confidentially for the privacy of our tenants. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, customer-focused professional who is passionate about providing exceptional service, skilled in managing leasing activity, and capable of supporting resident needs with care and attention.

Responsibilities

  • Work through all available leads promptly, effectively converting prospects into residents.
  • Conduct engaging and personalized property tours that showcase the unique FLATS lifestyle and amenities.
  • Prepare, complete, and maintain accurate lease files and documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Manage leasing system data to ensure accurate records and assist in achieving occupancy goals.
  • Handle day-to-day resident interactions, including answering questions, submitting work orders, and providing general support.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth move-in and move-out process, promoting a positive resident experience.
  • Uphold FLATS’ service standards by fostering a community-driven, welcoming environment.
  • Inspect buildings and grounds regularly to ensure safety and cleanliness; promptly alert the maintenance team to any items that require repair.
  • Comply with all company policies, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as local, state, and federal laws.
  • Maintain knowledge of local market trends and competitor properties to support effective leasing strategies.
  • Partner with the broader property team to support leasing events and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in leasing luxury properties, property management, or a related field preferred.
  • A Valid Driver’s license is required.
  • Understanding of Fair Housing Laws.
  • Proficiency in using Yardi property management software is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for customer service.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, time management, and follow-through.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating CRM systems, leasing platforms, and digital communication tools.
  • Professional, polished demeanor with the ability to build trust with residents and prospects.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Bilingual preferred – Spanish.
