MaidPro Nashville is looking for a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented team member to join us as a Hybrid Cleaning & Operations Assistant. This unique role blends residential cleaning with office, training, quality control, and operational support responsibilities—perfect for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and making a real impact.

No two days are exactly the same! One day you may be helping make a customer's home shine, and the next you may be assisting with quality inspections, supporting our office team, training new Pros, or helping keep operations running smoothly.

• What You'll Be Doing:
• Residential cleaning to MaidPro standards
• Quality inspections and providing feedback to team members
• Customer service and customer support
• Training and onboarding new Cleaning Pros
• Dispatch and scheduling assistance
• Supply, inventory, and laundry management
• Office and administrative support
• Helping create a positive and professional experience for customers and team members
• Supporting day-to-day operations and special projects as needed
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs and opportunities for growth within the role
