Aerospace parts company seeking an assistant account manager to train into the role of Account Manager

This person will help to support the sales team and serve as the daily point of communication between the customer, manufacturing and production

Major functions will include;

assisting sales and management support

assisting with RFQ's

assisting with quote generation

Assisting with quote tracking

Assisting with customer support /service

Assisting with the marketing department

Ability to type 50 wpm

Customer service background

Ability to learn and ERP software system (preferably Job Boss)

Strong attention to detail

Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

High level of professionalism

Shift is 7a-4p with OT as needed for workload
