The ability to communicate professionally and clearly is important. Good attendance and punctuality is needed to be successful in this position.*

Job Duties

Vacuuming, trash/recycling collection, dusting, sweeping/mopping of floors, cleaning of restrooms, disinfecting, etc.

• Reliable transportation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Accessible by telephone.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
