We are seeking a detail oriented Data Analyst to support our digital analytics team in collecting, validating, and reporting on website and campaign performance. Looking for a candidate focused on using data to generate insights and power data-driven decisions across the business for our client. You will work with a team of analysts responsible for monitoring, measuring, and improving the health and performance of our digital channels. Through cross-functional collaboration and metrics building, you will enable teams across our organization to make smarter, better, and faster decisions.
The Data Analyst will work closely with senior analysts, strategists, and cross functional partners to ensure accurate data collection and clear reporting that drives insights.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze channel performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Support the collection, organization, and validation of web analytics data across websites and digital campaigns
- Develop and implement strategies to improve channel performance, including identifying new opportunities and optimizing existing channels.
- Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Big Query, Excel, Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Partner with internal teams (media, creative, development, and strategy) to understand reporting needs and measurement goals
- Maintain data hygiene by checking for broken tags, missing data, or inconsistent metrics
- Support ad hoc analysis requests and presentation preparation for internal teams and clients
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 2–5 years of experience in web analytics, digital marketing, or data analysis
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, Tableau, Looker).Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate data and insights into actions and recommendations, communicating in a concise, honest, and understandable way.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, including querying GA4 data exports for analysis and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and an interest in data accuracy and quality
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, regression, and predictive modeling
- Exposure to tag management systems (GTM, Tealium)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (media, SEO, site performance, funnels)
- Introductory knowledge of Python, HTML, JavaScript, or how websites function
- Agency or multi stakeholder environment experience

Salary range: $90,000 to $100,000
Pay is dependent upon several factors including but not limited to: years of experience, client, training, and transferable skills.
