Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused

Program Coordinator to support our banking client’s arge-scale, multi-year enterprise initiative within the bank’s Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO). This role plays a critical part in preparing for a major

Archer cloud upgrade program, a significant transformation effort that will span multiple years.

While prior Archer experience is not required, this individual will help lay the operational groundwork ahead of the program launch and will be deeply embedded in day-to-day execution alongside the hiring manager.

This is a non-technical, operations-driven role focused on coordination, communication, and delivery support across people, processes, and tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support execution of the program using established EPMO playbooks and operating models
  • Coordinate and manage program artifacts including:
    • Executive presentations and program decks
    • Action item tracking and follow-ups
    • Meeting scheduling and logistics across stakeholders
  • Build, maintain, and update detailed project schedules
  • Own and actively manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), ensuring accuracy and timely updates
  • Proactively engage stakeholders across the organization to gather updates, drive accountability, and ensure progress
  • Track deliverables, escalate blockers, and ensure alignment across teams
  • Partner closely with the hiring manager, acting as an extension of leadership in driving program execution

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project coordination, program management, or project analysis roles
  • Strong hands-on execution skills (“hands on keyboard” mindset) with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience managing RAID logs and project tracking artifacts
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams
  • Experience using Jira for tracking work and managing workflows
  • Background in Financial Services industry
  • Basic understanding of risk management principles
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to stakeholder outreach and follow-ups
