Nurse Practitioner/PA at Live Well Homecare

Seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or PA to join our team in Latham, NY.

• Perform a variety of patient healthcare tasks, including management of OB and GYN patients, well visits, and diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic illnesses.
• Perform minor office procedures, order diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications.
• OBGYN experience is preferred but not required.
• Full-time or part-time positions available with a salary range of $90,000–$110,000 annually.

• Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Latham, NY before starting.
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred.
