This role sits at the intersection of product expertise, market knowledge, and premium service—you will help clients discover and love what our platform can do, engage them in meaningful conversations about the markets, and provide white-glove support to resolve their challenges.

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in private banking or wealth management, combined with experience in sales and trading. You possess a commercial mindset with the ability to identify client needs, uncover growth opportunities, and deepen relationships in a way that drives measurable business outcomes. You understand how sophisticated investors think, what drives their trading decisions, and how to build lasting relationships through trust, credibility, and responsiveness.

What You'll Do

1. High-Net-Worth Client Deepening & Retention

  • Manage the full lifecycle of HNW client relationships, proactively engaging with clients to understand their core investment objectives in U.S. and Hong Kong equities.
  • Drive client retention and asset growth by identifying at-risk clients, understanding the root cause of their concerns, and presenting tailored solutions to preserve and expand the relationship.
  • Engage in goal-oriented conversations to uncover client needs and guide them toward the platform's products and services that best support their financial goals.
  • Proactively monitor client accounts and activity levels; identify signs of dissatisfaction or potential attrition and initiate outreach to address concerns.

2. Market Expertise & Trading Support

  • Closely monitor global capital markets and synthesize news, research reports, and market data into clear, actionable investment viewpoints to facilitate high-value conversations with sophisticated clients.
  • Follow U.S. and Hong Kong equity markets, macroeconomic trends, and company-specific news to stay informed on topics that matter to your clients.
  • Synthesize market news, research reports, and data into concise, relevant talking points that spark client conversations and demonstrate your understanding of their interests.
  • Supply clients with timely market information and platform tools on demand, supporting them in achieving their trading goals.
  • Use your understanding of client portfolios and risk appetite to tailor market discussions to individual client needs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on trading products, including equities, options, and margin, to support complex client inquiries and identify opportunities to deepen client relationships.

3. Product & Platform Advocacy

  • Develop deep, hands-on proficiency in the Moomoo platform's features, tools, and trading capabilities.
  • Proactively train clients on platform functionality, demonstrating how to use advanced tools to improve their trading efficiency and decision-making.
  • Stay current on product updates and new features; communicate relevant enhancements to clients and encourage adoption.
  • Guide clients through the end-to-end process of account opening, large fund deposits, and stock access, ensuring a frictionless and premium onboarding experience.
  • Act as the internal voice of the client, providing feedback to Product, Trading, and Compliance teams to continuously enhance the HNW service experience and platform capabilities.
  • Act as the internal product advocate, relaying client feedback and usage patterns to Product and Engineering teams to shape future development.

4. Elite Client Engagement & Network Building

  • Build deep, long-term relationships with clients through regular check-ins, personalized communication, and a genuine interest in their financial goals.
  • Orchestrate and participate in exclusive events for HNW clients, such as listed company site visits, investment salons, and meetings with top-tier financial institutions, to foster a high-value community and reinforce brand loyalty.
  • Support and coordinate with Marketing and Events teams to develop programming that resonates with the HNW client base.
  • Provide tailored service support to HNW clients referred through Marketing team initiatives, focusing on post-engagement follow-up for onboarding and relationship building.
  • May offer limited, supplementary support at select Marketing events for HNW clients, focusing solely on addressing general service, platform, or procedural questions in a one-on-one capacity.
  • Represent Moomoo at high-level client engagements and roadshows, building strong professional networks and generating leads to drive new business development.
  • Build and expand professional networks through client engagements, identifying opportunities to introduce the firm's platform and services to prospective clients in a manner consistent with applicable regulatory standards

5. Client Service & Problem Resolution

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of HNW clients, handling inquiries related to account management, trading, funding, and platform issues with urgency and professionalism.
  • Own client issues from start to finish, coordinating with internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Trading) to ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide white-glove support across all client touchpoints, ensuring a seamless and superior service experience.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Performance Outcomes

  • Work closely with Product, Trading, Operations, and Compliance teams to address client needs and improve the overall service experience for the premier client segment.
