Brand Operations & Events Coordinator at momentm

Our hero product, Ignition, is a functional hydration ritual designed to support metabolic health, steady energy, and calm focus - without caffeine, spikes, or crashes.
As we scale across retail, DTC, and experiential channels, we’re looking for someone to bring structure, organization, and executional excellence across everything we do.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re looking for an extremely organized, detail-oriented to support day-to-day execution across brand merchandising, creative production, events and experiential initiatives.
This role is the central connector across teams – ensuring timelines are met, vendors are managed, and ideas turn into reality seamlessly.
You will work closely with the founder and cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, operations) to bring the momentm brand to life across touch points.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management & Execution
- Own timelines, deliverables, and workflows across key projects
- Manage tools like Asana to keep teams aligned and on track
- Ensure deadlines are met across product launches, campaigns, and activations
- Proactively identify gaps, delays, and solve for them
Sourcing & Merchandising
- Source and manage vendors for brand merchandise (influencer kits, branded merchandise, sampling materials, retail displays, event collateral, packaging)
- End to end management of sourcing: obtain and compare quotes, manage creative execution and sample approvals, coordinate shipping and fulfillment, track production timelines and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain a supplier database and build ongoing vendor relationships (production, fabrication, manufacturing, logistics)
- Continuously find new, elevated ways to bring the brand to life physically
- Work closely with design team (Figma) to ensure assets are executed correctly
Experiential & Event Support
- Assist in planning and executing brand events, retail activations, and pop-ups
- Help to coordinate logistics: materials, staffing, setup, breakdown
- Support sampling strategies and in-person brand experiences
- Ensure events feel premium, seamless, and on-brand
- Support planning and logistics for photo shoots / content creation
Operations & Systems
- Build and maintain organized internal systems for tracking inventory, assets, and projects
- Improve operational workflows and efficiencies
- Support cross-functional communication between teams
WHO YOU ARE
- 2+ years experience in project management, operations, events or production (startup or agency experience a plus)
- Exceptionally organized - you thrive on structure, timelines, and details
- Strong multitasker who can manage multiple projects at once without dropping the ball
- Resourceful problem-solver who figures things out quickly
- Aesthetic sensibility - you care about how things look and feel, not just getting them done
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams
- Experience in wellness, CPG, or brand environments is a plus
