Joining Mighty in 2017 was more than just a job – it was stepping into a thriving ecosystem. Heather isn't just running studios; she's built a vibrant community where everyone flourishes, from students to desk staff, karma yogis, and teachers. Witnessing that positive energy is inspiring. The two classes I teach per week really fuel my life outside of Mighty.

Our shared purpose is clear: get more people on their mats. Helping them find their "why" fuels our success. More yogis mean happier students and happier students fill those classes, creating a win-win for everyone.

Heather constantly finds ways to express gratitude, from coffee shop treats to top-notch training opportunities. You always feel seen and valued as part of the team.

Empowerment runs deep at Mighty. I feel the freedom to grow, experiment, and even suggest changes. And while Heather's support is unwavering, especially when life throws curveballs, she also sets clear boundaries, ensuring everyone thrives.
