Title: Operations Manager

Overview: The Operations Manager will direct our day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations, taking on duties that encompass scheduling, supervision.

  • Oversee and manage all Rental Operations
  • Manage all receiving and distribution operations
  • Track productivity to meet company’s requirements and maximize operational efficiency
  • Train warehouse team, ensuring completion and proper execution of work procedures, including employee development
  • Coordinate and manage logistics
  • Plan and monitor optimal space utilization and efficient inventory flow
  • Approval of all subrental purchases
  • Create and submit all pull sheets and purchase orders
  • Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean and efficient warehouse
  • Enforce company policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-4 years’ experience working in a similar warehouse environment
  • 1-2 years’ experience supervising a team
  • Proficient in basic computer software programs; Google Suite products a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to lift/and move up 70 lbs. regularly
  • Ability to maintain work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with the initiative to learn and be trained on various types of equipment and processes
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed
