What You'll Do

As our Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for building and leading a high-performing residential sales team by:

• Recruiting, hiring, and developing top sales talent
• Leading by example in the field alongside your team
• Coaching reps daily to improve production, confidence, and closing ability
• Driving revenue growth through leadership and accountability
• Building a competitive, energetic culture people want to be part of
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience from first appointment through project completion

Compensation & Growth

Realistic First-Year Earnings: $125,000–$150,000+

Compensation Includes:

• Weekly draw
• Commission on personal production
• Commission overrides on team production
• Unlimited earning potential

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for leaders—not just managers.

Ideal candidates have:

• Proven success leading outside sales teams
• Experience in roofing, restoration, solar, pest control, alarms, HVAC, or other commission-driven industries
• A passion for coaching and developing people
• A competitive mindset and high personal standards
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• The ability to create accountability while building a positive culture
• At least one year of direct sales management experience
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
