K Cleaning Group is a fast-growing residential and commercial cleaning company in British Columbia, Canada. We were named 2025 New Business of the Year by our local Chamber of Commerce. We're looking for a sharp, reliable assistant to keep our daily operations running smoothly so the owner can focus on growth.
What You'll Do
Bookkeeping & money
Create and send client invoices (we use Jobber)
Record and track expenses (we use QuickBooks and Notion)
Owner's day
Manage the owner's calendar, events, and appointments
Keep daily to-do lists organized and up to date
Inbox
Monitor, sort, and reply to email s
Flag anything urgent right away
Team support
Do quick morning check-ins on cleaning staff
Notice and flag any staff member running late (we use Connecteam)
Social media
Schedule and post content across our channels
General
Help with day-to-day operations and small admin tasks as they come up
What We're Looking For
Excellent written and spoken English
Very organized, proactive, and reliable — you follow through without being chased
Comfortable learning our tools: Jobber, QuickBooks, Connecteam, Notion
Available and online at 8:00 AM Pacific Time, Monday to Friday
Strong, stable internet connection
Nice to Have (not required)
Bookkeeping or invoicing experience
Social media / Canva experience
Previous virtual assistant experience for a small business
