Accurate Door is looking for a dependable, organized Office Administrator to support daily operations, customer communication, administrative processing, and financial follow-up. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, details, and being the reliable person who helps keep the office running smoothly.
This is a part-time position with the possibility of growing into a full-time role as the business continues to expand.

In this role, you will help manage incoming calls, assist customers, support scheduling, maintain accurate records, follow up on accounts receivable items, and provide dependable administrative support. The right person will be comfortable answering phones, communicating with clients, and representing the company in a professional and friendly way.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide professional, helpful customer support
- Respond to service requests and help coordinate scheduling
- Communicate proactively with customers so they feel informed and cared for
- Support accounts receivable, invoicing, and outstanding balance follow-up
- Assist with purchase orders, reports, and administrative documentation
- Maintain accurate and organized records across company systems
- Support day-to-day office operations with professionalism and follow-through
- Serve as a client-facing point of contact for customers, vendors, and team members
Qualifications
- Administrative, office operations, or customer service experience
- Comfortable answering phones and speaking with customers
- Strong organization and follow-up skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and spreadsheets
- Experience with QuickBooks Online strongly preferred
- Experience with ServiceTitan preferred
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation; a valid driver's license is helpful
Pay And Benefits
- Part-time, W-2 employment
- 20-25 hours per week with opportunity to grow into a full-time role
- $20-$25 per hour, based on experience
