A quick look at this new ABC job…

Located at: Greeley: HWY 34 & 47th Ave

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Both parents are pilots and work irregular schedules. However, they receive their schedules approximately one month in advance, allowing them to provide the nanny with a work schedule well ahead of time. The nanny will be guaranteed 60 hours over a 2 week period, typically working 4 days per week with approximately 3 days off. While the specific days and hours will vary from week to week, the schedule will always be provided in advance. The family is also happy to accommodate requests for specific days off for important events, such as weddings, or other major commitments, as long as those requests are communicated with ample notice.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out.

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year or more!

Children's Ages: Care will be for two children ages 2.5 and 6 months old.

About the Children

Care will be needed for both children who are active, healthy, and happy! They are seeking a warm, active, and loving nanny to create fun, engaging, and educational activities each day. Ideally, they would love to have the nanny stay and grow with their family for years to come.

About the Family

Mom and Dad both work full-time as pilots. They are in need of a very flexible and reliable nanny whom they can trust.

About the Pets

Two sweet dogs live in the home.

Additional Notes

Once they get to know the nanny, they are open to any and all outings.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties

All standard nanny duties, including making the children's meals, meal prepping, unloading and loading the dishwasher, children's laundry, picking up after the children, sanitizing and organizing toys, and occasional light errands.

Travel Requirements

No travel is required

Occasionally, rare overnights will be needed about 10% of the time.

Desired Skills And Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2 years of infant and toddler experience.

Must have experince caring for two children at a time.

Previous experience working a flexible schedule with a proven track record of reliability.

Must have knowlage of current infant safety and baby gear.

The ideal candidate will be easy-going, flexible, reliable, and have a good head on their shoulders.

Compensation And Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross)

The family is offering $25-$32/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $40,000 - $50,000 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off, paid major holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references

Have strong professional and personal references

Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance

Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)

Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction

Are a non-smoker

Committed to professional, legal pay

CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)

Have all standard vaccinations, including TDaP.
