Overview

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily operations within the warehouse environment, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety in the handling of products and materials. This role involves managing a team of warehouse staff, coordinating logistics, maintaining inventory levels, and enforcing health and safety guidelines. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and staff activities
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts
• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to optimize efficiency
• Train and mentor warehouse staff on performance expectations
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with other departments to support operational goals
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance metrics and KPIs

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations
• Proven experience in a supervisory role
• Familiarity with inventory management software
• Basic computer skills

Preferred Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
• Certified in forklift operation
• Prior military experience
• Bilingual proficiency
