Product Manager

We’re hiring a hands-on Product Manager to own and drive key product lines across OEM, OES, and aftermarket channels.

This role is responsible for managing products end-to-end—from identifying market opportunities and developing new products, through pricing, production, growth, and eventual lifecycle decisions.

This is a highly execution-focused role working directly with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Purchasing, and Marketing.

In this role, you will:

• Own product line performance (revenue, margin, lifecycle management)
• Identify opportunities for new products, extensions, and SKU rationalization
• Work with Pricing to manage margins and competitive positioning
• Lead new product development with Engineering and Manufacturing
• Support inventory planning and supply chain coordination
• Partner with Sales on customer support, training, and product expertise
• Assist with catalogs, packaging, naming, and product marketing materials
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance

What we’re looking for

• 5 - 10+ years of product management or related experience in manufacturing or aftermarket industries
• Strong financial and commercial acumen
• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Sales
• Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills

This is an ownership role where you will directly impact product performance, customer experience, and business growth.
