Security Representative at Lockheed Martin

Basic Qualifications

Knowledge of NISPOM and DoDM 5205.07

This position is for a Security Representative within the Security & Emergency Services (SES) organization at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company (LM Aero) in Palmdale, CA. The candidate must hold a minimum Secret clearance and be eligible for Program Access. The incumbent will support both the Security Administration team and Program Security by managing PERSEC documentation and tracking to meet compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

The candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of Department of War (DoW) security methodologies, policies, and procedures, such as 32 CFR Part 117 and the DoW SAP Security Manual (5205.07). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, uploading the following PERSEC documents into the Joint Access Database Environment (JADE) to support Program Security and compliance‑inspection requirements in Palmdale:

Annual PSQs

Annual SAP Refresher Training

Adverse PSQs

Foreign‑Travel PSQs

Foreign Contacts

This role requires the ability to work closely with government partners, security counterparts, and employee stakeholders. The candidate must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.

Desired Skills

Capable of maintaining strong internal and external relationships.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Well versed in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
