Your impact
The Project Controls Administrator supports the successful delivery of Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects by ensuring accurate document control, efficient coordination, and strong administrative execution across the project controls team. This role is critical in maintaining organized, auditable records, supporting systems implementation (e.g., Unifier), and enabling seamless communication and collaboration across stakeholders.
Document & Systems Management
- Maintain and manage project documentation and records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness.
- Facilitate and manage the flow and communication for processing documents for assigned CIP projects.
- Support onboarding and utilization of Unifier for CIP projects.
- Maintain and organize files within Box and other document management systems.
- Ensure quality control and consistency of project documentation.
Project Coordination & Administrative Support
- Coordinate scheduling of meetings, including logistics for non-airport project coordination.
- Manage meeting logistics, including food ordering and setup as needed.
- Book and coordinate travel arrangements for interviews and project-related activities.
- Assist with onboarding new hires, including equipment setup and system access requests.
Technical & Review Support
- Assist with Bluebeam review sessions, including setup, facilitation, and tracking of comments.
- Proofread construction documents and project control deliverables for accuracy and clarity.
- Support process tracking and adherence across project workflows.
Communication & Cost Awareness
- Communicate potential cost concerns or administrative inefficiencies proactively.
- Serve as a liaison to ensure smooth communication across team members and stakeholders.

- Maintain clean, well-organized, and auditable project files and records.
- Quickly and accurately locate project documentation when needed.
- Enable efficient workflows through strong administrative and coordination support.

The base salary range for this position is $60,000.00 to $65,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
