Who You Are
The Corporate Wellness Manager will own and evolve Nutrabolt’s enterprise wellness strategy, designed to enhance employee performance, resilience, and engagement while reinforcing the company’s high performance culture.
This role is responsible for translating Nutrabolt’s external brand rooted in energy, fitness, and results into an internal employee experience that enables peak performance.
The Corporate Wellness Manager will partner closely with People & Culture, Performance leaders, facilities, and business stakeholders to design, scale, and continuously improve Nutrabolt’s wellness initiatives.
What You're Good At
Enterprise Wellness Strategy & Program Design
- Develop, own, and execute a company‑wide wellness strategy aligned with Nutrabolt’s business objectives.
- Translate industry best practices and emerging wellness trends into practical, scalable programs.
- Develop a process to streamline booking services for employees.
- Drive engagement and awareness of all programs, offerings, events.
- Foster relationship building events between Performance Center trainers and Nutrabolt employees.
Program Execution & Performance Enablement
- Design, launch, and manage wellness initiatives, including but not limited to:
- Employee fitness and performance programs
- Nutrition, supplementation, and education experiences
- Injury prevention, mobility, ergonomics, and physical resilience programs
- Mental resilience, recovery, and stress‑management initiatives
- Oversee both onsite and virtual wellness offerings, events, challenges, and campaigns.
- Partner with internal performance resources (e.g., C4 Performance Center leadership) to maximize impact and utilization.
- Coordinate communications plans, targeted campaigns and awareness strategies to inform employees of new wellness offerings.
Culture, Engagement & Brand Integration
- Embed wellness into Nutrabolt’s day‑to‑day culture, not as a perk, but as a performance multiplier.
- Drive participation and engagement through compelling campaigns, incentives, and leader involvement.
- Position teammates as authentic ambassadors of Nutrabolt’s performance‑driven brand by aligning wellness behaviors with brand storytelling.
- Build wellness ambassador network.
- Develop employee lead initiatives.
Cross‑Functional Partnership & Benefits Alignment
- Collaborate with People & Culture, Total Rewards, and leadership to align wellness initiatives with benefits strategy, policies, and employee experience design.
- Serve as a trusted partner to leaders, advising on wellness‑related opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and performance.
- Coordinate with facilities and operations to ensure physical spaces support wellness and productivity.
Measurement, Budget & Continuous Improvement
- Manage the annual wellness budget in partnership with internal stakeholders.
- Establish clear success metrics, including:
- Participation and engagement rates
- Teammate feedback and satisfaction
- Utilization and program effectiveness indicators
- Use data and insights to continuously refine programs, optimize spend, and clearly communicate impact to leadership.
- Prepare quarterly executive‑level updates that demonstrate ROI and cultural impact.
What You Contribute
- Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Nutrition, Public Health, HR, or equivalent experience (advanced certifications or graduate education a plus).
- 5+ years of experience designing and managing corporate wellness or performance‑related programs.
- Strong understanding of fitness, nutrition, recovery, injury prevention, and performance science in a workplace context.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and multi‑channel wellness initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner across functions and leadership levels.
- Data‑driven mindset with experience measuring participation, engagement, and outcomes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect wellness initiatives to business and performance outcomes.
- Passion for health, fitness, and enabling sustainable high performance at scale.
