We currently have 8 locations in the College Station and Houston area and plan to grow to over 30 locations in the next 4 years, with additional locations in Austin and San Antonio.

What You’ll Do

• Support day-to-day operations: open/close, inspect deliveries, enforce procedures
• Be a people developer! Identify and develop talent to fuel building our management team for rapid growth
• Lead by example: supervise, train, and coach crew members
• Ensure high-quality food, service, cleanliness, safety
• Handle guest issues with care and turnaround satisfaction
• Help build efficient schedules and balance labor needs

What You Bring

• 2+ years managing teams in restaurants or retail
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and quality control
• Dependable, solution-oriented, and guest-focused
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, holidays
• Hard working but you also enjoy having FUN!
