Golf Cart Sales Representative at Beachside & Company Holding Group
Beachside Golf Cars is a rapidly growing golf cart dealership group serving customers through retail showroom locations. As one of the fastest-growing golf cart dealership groups in the country, the company sells golf carts, accessories, upgrades, and related service plans, with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This is a performance-driven sales opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing deals. In this role, you will help customers find the right solution for their needs while contributing to the continued growth of a fast-expanding retail sales team.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales process from first customer contact through delivery.
- Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads.
- Conduct showroom presentations, product demonstrations, and vehicle walkarounds.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right golf cart, accessories, and upgrades.
- Build strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain consistent follow-up through phone calls, texts, and emails while managing customer activity in CRM systems.
- Generate additional sales opportunities through proactive outreach and local marketing efforts, including online platforms and community channels.
- Create professional product listings with quality photos and videos, and support a clean, well-presented showroom environment.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of sales experience preferred in automotive, powersports, RV, marine, golf carts, or similar industries.
- Experience with showroom or dealership floor sales and selling vehicles or other higher-ticket consumer products, such as golf carts, cars, RVs, boats, or similar showroom purchases.
- Strong rapport-building and closing skills, with the ability to create long-term customer relationships in a sales environment.
- Comfortable making sales calls, sending follow-ups, and working an organized sales pipeline.
- Experience generating local leads through outreach such as Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, Craigslist, community groups, or similar channels.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, texting, email, and online sales platforms.
- Experience creating marketplace listings, including writing product descriptions and taking photos and walkaround videos.
- Ability to work weekends and retail hours as needed.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
