You will lead large-scale, complex programs and a portfolio of cybersecurity education and external branding initiatives with full end-to-end ownership.

Responsibilities

University Partnerships & Curriculum Strategy

  • Define and own the long-term strategy for Intuit's university partnership portfolio, identifying and prioritizing high-impact academic relationships that build a diverse cybersecurity talent pipeline.
  • Shape and co-design cybersecurity curricula and training pathways at partner universities — aligning academic outcomes to industry skill requirements, emerging threat landscapes, and Intuit's evolving security competencies.
  • Serve as Intuit's senior ambassador to academic institutions, establishing trusted relationships with provosts, department chairs, and research centers to drive deep, multi-dimensional partnerships.
  • Champion and proactively drive adoption of scalable partnership frameworks across Intuit, influencing how the company engages with academia at enterprise scale.
  • Identify, test, and scale novel workforce development models using rapid experimentation; disseminate critical insights across the internal and external security communities to drive continuous improvement.

Talent Pipeline & Work-Based Learning

  • Set the vision and strategy for Intuit's cybersecurity work-based learning programs — internships, co-ops, capstone projects, and applied research — as a key feeder into the security organization.
  • Lead teams to define portfolio-level outcomes, build end-to-end delivery plans, and establish governance models for large-scale, complex talent pipeline programs.
  • Drive operating rhythm across the talent pipeline portfolio, instilling accountability and ensuring performance visibility at the organizational level.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to manage portfolio-level dependencies and predict performance, communicating a clear narrative to senior stakeholders regarding necessary strategic adjustments.

External Security Branding & Community Leadership

  • Own and champion Intuit's external security brand strategy — establishing Intuit as a recognized thought leader and top employer in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Drive Intuit's presence at major security forums, conferences, and academic consortia (e.g., RSA, DEF CON, CyberTalent summits, university research partnerships), representing the organization with authority and depth.
  • Build and utilize a well-established network of senior security leaders, academic partners, and industry consortia to advance Intuit's external reputation and capability.

Portfolio Strategy & Senior Leadership Influence

  • Demonstrate in-depth understanding of business outcomes, industry trends, and Intuit's organizational strategy — using this to facilitate portfolio-level strategy creation and influence overall prioritization across programs.
  • Prioritize within a portfolio or large-scale complex program to accelerate delivery of business outcomes; assess options and provide principled, data-driven recommendations to drive effective decision-making.
  • Define, implement, and proactively drive adoption of proven frameworks, best practices, tools, and templates that are repeatable, durable, and scalable across the organization.
  • Known as a credible, influential, and boundaryless change leader; formulate effective change strategies for large-scale and complex change efforts and lead teams through end-to-end execution.
  • Initiate conversations with senior leaders to get alignment and commitment; inspire and instill confidence in teams, stakeholders, and executives.

Qualifications

Required

  • 10+ years of progressive program management experience, with proven end-to-end ownership of large-scale, portfolio-level initiatives in a matrixed enterprise environment.

  • Deep domain knowledge in cybersecurity, security education, or adjacent technical fields — recognized by peers and senior stakeholders as a subject matter authority.
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling strategic external partnerships (university, industry association, or government) with measurable, sustained impact.
  • Proven ability to influence and align senior leaders and executives through principled, data-driven storytelling and recommendations.
  • Proven ability to drive alignment, navigate trade-off discussions, and deliver principled, data-driven recommendations to senior executives and CEO-staff level stakeholders.
  • Established credibility as a change leader — formulating change strategies, managing complex stakeholder landscapes, and driving transformation across matrixed organizations.
  • Experience operating as a thought leader and craft expert — coaching peers and leaders, contributing to the program management community, and scaling best practices broadly.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in cybersecurity workforce development, security community leadership, or academic program design at scale.

  • Familiarity with security frameworks, and talent competency models relevant to the cybersecurity profession.
  • Experience representing an organization externally at senior levels — conferences, academic forums, industry consortia, and media engagements.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in a relevant field (Cybersecurity, Education, Business, or related) preferred.
