Summary
The RN Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering competent, individualized nursing care to patients and families by utilizing the nursing process to augment the established medical plan of treatment. Operating with a strong team orientation, this nurse integrates sound clinical judgment and evidence-based decision-making to address the unique needs of each patient. The role emphasizes exceptional customer relations and professional communication, ensuring that care is delivered with both clinical precision and a high level of service excellence. Education/Experience
- 1 year of direct nursing experience required.
- Associate’s degree in Nursing.
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license. BLS (American Heart)
Post Hire Requirements
- PALS or NRP and specialty certifications per unit guidelines.
