Trustpoint has an immediate opening with a growing plaintiff-side legal services organization seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mail Services Coordinator to support its busy office operations. This contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable learning new technology and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Process, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries
  • Print, assemble, and prepare high-volume mailings for delivery
  • Track and log incoming packages, certified mail, and overnight shipments
  • Scan, upload, and accurately index documents within the firm's document management and CRM systems
  • Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems
  • Ensure documents are handled accurately, securely, and in a timely manner
  • Assist with records management, document retrieval requests, and file maintenance
  • Support the administrative team with additional clerical and office operations tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in a mailroom, records, office services, or administrative support role
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Dependable with a strong attendance record and ability to meet daily deadlines
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a high-volume environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software
  • Experience with Litify, Salesforce, or other CRM/document management systems is a plus
  • All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time
